Chocolate is the latest from director Prachya Pinkaew, the man at the helm of Ong Bak and Tom Yum Goong/The Protector starring the inimitable Tony Jaa.

The movie stars Nicharee Vismistananda who has been training for years in preparation for this role. She plays an autistic girl who goes after gang members to collect debts to help her sick mother. Of course, this causes Thai and Japanese gangs to take notice and go after Nicharee.

这部泰国片的故事是讲述一个女孩 Nicharee “Jeeja” Vismistananda 被安排收债的工作来抢救生病的母亲。而这个女孩自幼就与普通人不一样，有超强的感官及学习能力。结果应该从头到尾都是在打打杀杀的场面吧。戏里我唯一熟悉的竟然就是阿部宽Hiroshi Abe！原来他跑来当起日本黑社会头头。

到预告结尾的花絮才发现到他们的打斗画面都是亲自上阵的，没有使用替身。演员都在不足够安全措施的情况下不要命的进行高难度打斗。预告中看到这个泰国女生多处受伤的画面。除了极为佩服女生的身手，也佩服她的能耐。

原来这个小女孩为了这个角色，早在几年前就开始被安排在学习武术，所以打起来得心应手吧。最后惊觉到原来这部戏就是那个拍了Ong Bak、Tom Yam Gong的导演 - Prachya Pinkaew所拍的，难怪像学成龙早期电影精神一样的那么不要命。可是人家毕竟还是小女生，不是Tony Jaa那么强壮吧。这部电影打着不使用钢索、不用替身、没有特效的不要命电影吧。Chocolate将会在2月份泰国上映。

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

Steven Spielberg says that the film will feature all of Jones' former babes in various cameo roles including Karen Allen and other Indy girls who had smaller roles. It is still up in the air whether or not Kate Capshaw, Spielberg's wife, will make an appearance.

The Ruins

The film is directed by Carter Smith from a screenplay by Scott B. Smith.

Untraceable

"UNTRACEABLE" is about a secret service agent, Jennifer Marsh, played by Best Actress Oscar nominee Diane Lane who gets caught in a very personal and deadly cat-and-mouse game with a serial killer who knows that people (being what they are - both curious and drawn to the dark side of things) will log onto an "untraceable" website where he conducts violent and painful murders LIVE on the net. The more people who log on and enter the website, the quicker and more violently the victim dies. Suspenseful, intense and action oriented, "UNTRACEABLE" also has a relevant and accurate message about todays society. Why are we drawn to "evil" in our media etc. Just look at the news or read a newspaper... it's all bad news and often murder, yet we are drawn to it and read about it. This film explores that but not in a preachy way but in a way that is both intense, entertaining and thought-provoking.

Stop-Loss(2008)

Snow Angels(2008)
